It’s very simple to make. You’ll need a base oil, essential oils, and one herb. The base oils can be found at your local grocery store. While the essential oils and herb may be found at your local occult bookstore or online.

For the base oils I suggest either Grapseed Oil or Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Grapeseed Oil tends to be thin and leaves a glossy finish on the skin. It’s extremely clear so the color will be more vibrant once essential oils are added. It holds a shelf life of about 6 months.

Extra Vigin Olive Oil is thicker but more cost effective. You can purchase a 16 oz bottle for about $5.00, and it has a shelf life of a little more than 1 yr.

The essential oils you will need are Musk, Ylang Ylang, and Jasmine.

The herb you will need is Damiana.

COME TO ME OIL: 2 oz of Base Oil (of your choice), 2 drops Musk oil, 2 drops Ylang Ylan oil, 2 drops Jasmine oil, and a small piece of Damiana herb.

Part 2

IF THE SMOKE WAFTS AWAY FROM YOU: Perseverance will be needed to achieve your desire.

IF THE SMOKE TURNS TOWARDS YOUR RIGHT: You will need to us a bit of patience with success coming from using your head.

IF THE SMOKE TURNS TOWARDS YOUR LEFT: You are becoming emotionally involved with the situation and are in danger of subconsciously sabotaging yourself so that your prayer will not be answered.

IT THE GLASS BREAKS: This can depend on what type of work is being done. If an uncrossing , this is good because it indicates that the spell placed upon you or the individual you are petitioning for has been broken. If this happens to candles being used for other reasons it can mean that there is strong pressure from someone working against you.

IF THE GLASS REMAINS CLEAR: Your prayer sill be granted despite any opposition.

IF GLASS TURNS BLACK AT TOP BUT CLEARS TOWARDS BOTTOM: Someone is working against you. The darker the blackening the stronger the opposition you are facing. He suggests you think positive and persevere.

IF THE GLASS TURNS ENTIRELY BLACK: Serious obstacles stand in your way and more work, including uncrossing and negativity removing needs to be done by you or a practitioner of your faith.

THE CANDLE EMITS BLACK SMOKE WHEN LIT: This signals that the candle is burning to remove negative energy from your desire.

THE CANDLE EMITS WHITE SMOKE WHEN LIT: This signals that your prayer will be answered but not without a struggle.

A STRONG HIGH FLAME: The candle is working by sending out a large amount of power and strength to manifest your desire. This indicates that your prayer will be answered rapidly.

A WEAK OR LOW FLAME: The candle is working slowly to remove an obstacle or to bring about positive vibrations. You will have to pray a bit longer and harder to overcome some opposition.

A JUMPING FLAME: Spiritual warfare may be occurring on your behalf. If the candle is a war type candle, the person you are trying to affect is fighting back.

IF THE CANDLE CRACKLES: This is thought to mean that the spirits are pleading your case on your behalf. The louder the crackling is, the stronger the opposition against you.

The moon has long been associated with mystery and magic. While timing magic with the phases of the moon isn’t necessary for a spell to work, it definitely helps to give spells that extra push in the right direction.

Magic of this type is generally performed to coincide with either the waxing, waning, new and full cycles of the moon.

Moon Phases

New Moon: Also called the dark moon. At this point in the cycle, the moon is in conjunction with the sun (between the sun and earth) when the light from the sun renders the moon invisible to the naked eye. Some consider this a time to rest from magic. It is also good for working darker magic and communing with dark deities such as Hecate and Lilith as well as darker aspects of the personality. This is also an excellent time for binding and banishing spells.

Waxing Moon: The waxing phase is the time that the moon appears to be growing larger in crescents towards the right in the sky up until the point of the full moon. This appearance of the increasing moon makes it an excellent time for magic for increase and attraction of desires such as prosperity and love spells.

Full Moon: At this point, the moon is rising as the sun sets. Without the bright sunlight to block the view is when the moon is seen in all its glory. Magically, the energy of the moon is at its peak. This is the best time for spells of increase personally and for the planet. Rituals of protection, divination and honoring the moon are also performed. While it is good to try to time magic exactly on the full moon, it can be acceptable to perform full moon magic one day before and one day after the actual date to get the desired results.
Waning Moon: The waning phase is that time when the moon appears to be growing smaller in crescents to the left to the point of the new moon. This is the best time magically for decrease and to perform spells to let go of unwanted things, situations and habits. Spells of banishment and curse removal are more powerful during the waning moon.

Road Opener – Nino de Atocha

Most people seek the help of Nino de Atocho when their efforts to advance in career, job, business venture, or plans for higher education or credentials are being stunted, blocked, or de-railed.

When any frustration for your plans appears it is a good time to seek the help of Santo Nino de Atocha.

Supplies:

1 yellow 8″ Nino de Atocha candle in glass, or use 1 yellow 8 inch candle in glass and print a copy of the Nino de Atocha image and place it near or on the candle, and copy the prayer at the end of this posting.

High John the Conquerer Incense
Pestle and mortar ( If you do not have one you can tear High John the Conquerer root by hand and add the smallest bits of Bayberry in a mix of about 1 teaspoon.)
Medicine dropper (If you don’t have one just estimate the amount of oil to the best of your ability.)

Herbs: High John the Conquerer, Bayberry, Allspice, with just a pinch of Yarrow and Cinnamon

Oils: Cedar, Dragon’s Blood, Wintergreen and just a drop of Honey

Your wishes: While preparing the spell think and envision what you want to gain. Make it as specific and as grand as your imagination can take you.

Application:

Burn High John the Conquerer incense.
Using a lead pencil, write your name on the top surface of the 8″ candle.
Place a small kernel of John the Conquerer root and 2-3 pieces of Bayberry in a mortal and grind with pestle until they are in small bits.
Add a small amount of ground Allspice to the mixture and continue to grind until all the herbs are near powder. It should all come to slightly over 1 teaspoon.
Spread the ground herbs as evenly as possible over the candle.
Add a pinch of cinnamon and a pinch of yarrow.
Add 5-7 droplets of Cedar oil, 5-7 droplets Dragons Blood oil, 5-7 droplets of Wintergreen oil, all to the surface the candle. The herbs should look moist with oil.
“Charge” the candle with your wishes. To do this apply about 1-2 drops of each oil to the outside surface of the glass and rub from top down while envisioning your wishes coming true and obstacles being removed. Repeat the motion of top-down, top-down while charging until you feel comfortable.
Light candle, concentrate on your desire, and say the prayer on written on the back of the Santo Nino de Atocha candle.
